There is no doubt that without the dedication of those who work at Lavenda Springs on a daily basis, we would not have achieved all that has been accomplished there. All of these people have given 100% and more to the children and the community in which they work.
The project employs teachers, labourers, builders, carpenters, a project director, operations manager, catering staff, community worker, matron and financial administrators.
Most of these people working at the project are very highly qualified and experienced for their work but have largely been unemployed or, at best, underemployed due to Kenya's situation.
