During the past few weeks, Lavenda has had two visitors from London called Dumisa and Maureena (pictured below).  They very kindly donated the materials to finally get the school dining hall in Lavenda, cemented.  Not only that but they also organised to decorate the walls and do some amazing paintings that have completely transformed the place!  QK school in London had sent over some large artworks to hang up at Lavenda, so these are also decorating the hall for all the Lavenda kids and staff to admire.  At the end of some very hard work they also organised to have a huge party with the kids and staff.  We are extremely grateful to them for not only spending time at the project but for organising the complete transformation of a very important building that needed a big makeover!  Here are some pictures of before and after the transforming.

Just an unbelievable difference to what the dining hall was before - as you can see, the kids just love it!!!
